Custom RTF template for Format Payment Instructions

Hi,

I am facing problem while creating custom RTF template for the Format Payment Instructions. In our layout, invoice details need to print on the top and bank check need to print on the bottom.

Client requirement is the output need to print first 10 invoices for the payment advice remaining no need to print. But the bank check details are moving down if the invoice count going changed.

I am not understanding how to stop stretch the layout irrespective of the invoice count. Please find the RTF and xml templates attachments for your reference. Please help on this.
