active dataguard license

Hi,

I have a question regarding the active dataguard license. Our production rac-cluster consists of 3 servers and our DR site has 2 stand-alone servers (non-rac) which hosts all our dataguard db's. We have EE-licenses for all 5 servers?

We are thinking about getting active dataguard for 1 of our standby databases on our DR-site, so this means we need to license the server which hosts this database. Or do we also need to license the primary site ?
