Migration Of Oracle databases From datacenter to Cloud performance impacts

Hi Expert's

One of our customer  planning to migrate application and database servers from Data centers to  cloud.

Also planning to host Oracle Database on VM on Cloud in stead of Physical Linux server on Data centers.

There is no application change, only platform/Infrastructure migration from data center to Cloud.

We want to hear from vendor if there are any impact of Migration or any guide lines for migration of servers from Data centers to cloud?

Performance recommendation for Migration?

Impact on hosting Oracle Database on VM on Cloud in stead of Physical Linux server on Data centers?
