Oracle syslog audit licensing requirements

Hi All,

We want to turn on syslog audit on our Oracle 12.2 installation to work with a SIEM tool we're looking to purchase; would this be covered under our Enterprise license or is it an add on we need to purchase. Our oracle re-seller isn't returning my calls or emails.
