IP16.11 - OM log events

Hi Team,

We are on IP16.11 on windows environment.

Issue is - All events for SCCObjMgr_enu are set to log level 5 when Siebel server is coming up.

We have set to log level 1 and restarted the Siebel Enterprise, but still the same issue. When server comes up, we see log levels set to 5.

we synchronized the component and did enterprise restart. But no luck.

Please suggest on above issue.
