How to Enter Delviery instruction while creating a Purchase order?

Dear Team,

Please help me to understand, in which application & screen do we have the option to enter the Delivery Insrtructions 1 & 2 (DEL1 and DEL2 of F47016  table gets populated) while creating a Purchase Order? Also we would like to know, Is this field has to be always manually entered or it can be automated?

We are running on JDE XE (B7333/24.21).
