Do we need to install java 1.8 for Unifier 18.8x? I heard java 1.8 will no longer be supported afte

According to the tested configurations for Primavera Unifier java 1.8.1_181 needs to be installed.  When I look at the java site I see java 1.8x will be at end of life January 2019.  How can someone upgrade to unifier 18 if java is ending the supported version in January.  Please advise.
