Query reg. Oracle EBS Migration

Hi,

We are planning for a data center migration activity. As a part of it, we will be migrating the EBS applications and database from one AIX Server to another AIX server.

Can you please help me in answering the following queries.

1. Other than Cloning applications following the standard EBS way, are there any other options?

2.Is it possible to perform the migration with no downtime? If so, what are the options? (Any reference docs).

3. Best practices that are followed for migration.
