Database Objects Invalid - 12c

Hi

We recently re-compiled a database package in our Oracle Applications instance. We can see all the objects in DBA_OBJECTS are valid after the compilation.

However every now and then we are getting the following errors when a dependent program unit is being called. We can see all the DB objects are valid but still this error comes up.

What we have noticed here is as well is that on RAC node 1 the package shows valid, but on the other RAC node it is invalid. We have done a flush but it seems to be not working. Even we have used the timestamp difference script and it returns no values
