PA_PROJECT_PUB.CREATE_PROJECT API Error - Task: 'XXAA0034_Start' is not given in correct sequence in

Hello Team,

While creating the projects with API (PA_PROJECT_PUB.CREATE_PROJECT)  getting the Task: 'XXAA0034_Start' is not given in correct sequence in the hierarchy of tasks entered for the project. error.

Can you please let me know how to resolve the issue.
