Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. There is an Enhancement Request for the scenario - can't add a new lot(not in system), for unscheduled item entry.

How can we achieve for adding new lot(found in the system), for unscheduled Item entry leveraging MTL_CCEOI_ACTION_PUB.IMPORT_COUNTREQUEST ?
