R12.2.7 : Interface trip stop requested submitted as "Anonymous" user instead of user name

Hello,

We recently upgraded our instance to R12.2.7 from 11i.  

The Interface Trip Stop job gets submitted from another custom program when there is an order line to ship confirm.   but it looks like every time Interface Trip Stop gets submitted it has requestor as ANONYMOUS instead of custom  user .    Trying to understand why the request has Anonymous  in user column instead of actual username.
