Customer Contract Amendment Effective Date

While working on contract amendment, PeopleSoft gives the user to manually enter the date of amendment under field Process date (it defaults to current date). However, there can be scenarios wherein the contract admin works on the amendment for more than one day. Ex: Contract Admin initiates amendment on Sep 24 and therefore amendment will have a process date of Sep 24. But, contract admin completes the amendment i.e. runs process amendment on Sep 26.
