Restrict file downloading Under Favorites

in Configurator - EBS (MOSC) Question

Dear,

Version : EBS -12.2.6

I am looking functionality where i can restrict document only to be viewed instead of downloading, Can you pls guid is there any features which stop user to only read pdf document only.
