EM 13c window configuration

Hi All,

I have some weird behaviour on my EM 13c window. The placement for each of the tab seems to fix and there's no scroll bar for me to scroll down. Do refer to the below screenshot.

As you can see on the right.... there's no way for me to scroll for me to view the detail information of the incident. Is there any settings which I need to set for it to work?

For now, each time I need to view the alert, I need to open a new page.
