PBCS reports

I am using PBCS, standard workspace version.

After the last system maintenance, users were no longer able to open FR reports. Error message that user does not have access.

I checked the reports permission and found that previously set permissions were no longer there. I also noticed that all previously set File Preferences for Financial Reporting were also set to default.

The system maintenance must have cleared out the previously set permissions and defaulted the File Preferences members set-up.

Restoring the permissions and resetting File Preferences resolved the issue.

Anyone experienced this?
