OPM Suite New features in 12.2.6 compared to our existing version 12.1.2

We are planning to upgrade from 12.1.2 to 12.2.6 primarily process manufacturing company dealing with jewelry. Can someone provide all new features available compared to our existing version of EBS which we can review and decide to implement or not? Any document or references will be helpful.
