New Payment terms requirement in Oracle.

Hello Experts,

We have a requirement to create a new payment terms in Oracle.

Here is the requirement description.

We need following new payment terms created in oracle.   Some customers are working for lease term or long term capex model where we need to provide payment terms with 5 years.  Our sale price will be inclusive of Interest and Insurance coverage cost .

Attached excel file contains type of payment terms and methodology to be worked out.

How to define with this requirement? Please advise.
