How to Re-Activate the Asset, kindly suggest is it right

Dear All,

Scenario;

On a production instance receive an observation with following information;

while searching the Work Order on Close Work Order Form, receive the error message; 'FRM-40212: Invalid value for field INSTANCE_NUMBER'

Cause;

The Asset was De-Activated by a user;

Solution:

To Test the issue for resolution in a Production clone instance, I did the following;

1. Create one new asset Number
2. create Work Order and complete the Work Order
3. De-activate the Asset
4. Search the Work Order, receive the same message i.e.'FRM-40212: Invalid value for field INSTANCE_NUMBER'

To Resolve the issue

1. I Re-Activate the Asset Number, which activated successfully.
