Disable service request notifications for a particular responsibility

Hello,

We have enabled notification rules.

The notification rules are sent for all the SR Types & are independent of the responsibility from which they are created.

We need to disable the SR notifications for the SR's which are created/updated from specific responsibility. Is there any out of the box feature to control this behavior via profile/setup.
