Using the PO generator we see that there is no EOQ if the item branch planning is not '0'. However, if I enter a '0' and run the POG there still is no EOQ. Is the sales history ignored if the planning code was not '0' when it occured.

Also, what does it mean to say 12 months of sales history is needed. We have many repair items with limited use. What if only 1 was issued in 2018 should I expect an EOQ of 1. If the last use was 15 months ago would I see an EOQ of 1?
