Graph works in Template Builder for Desktop but not Oracle ERP

Hello All,

I have a graph and a table in a RTF template. It works fine in template builder desktop version. But when I upload the rtf to Oracle, the graph remains constant and is not reflecting the actual values, while the table shows correct data.

Oracle BI Publisher Desktop 12.2.1.1.2.0

Oracle R12.1.3

Procedure Followed:

1. Insert chart from BI Publisher add-in

2. Selected columns that should appear on X-axis and Y-axis

3. Changed the position to display Legend area

4. Also inserted the XML under Alt Text

Any ideas/suggestions to resolve this please?
