Discovery options does not show any database after deploying EBS plugin 13.1

Hi Team,

I am new to OEM environment . For the practice purpose we have installed OEM 13c in our existing single node EBS server.

After the successful installation of OEM 13c cloud control we have deployed EBS 13c plugin in both OMS server and Agent.

After EBS plugin deployment i have tried to discover EBS in Discovery wizard but its shoe no data's found.

In Database Target also not able to discover Database

Note : Single node Server

Db : 12.1.0.2

EBS R12.2.7

OEM 13c
