How to Deploy a Consumer Web Service in E1

Hi Team,

Please advise on the process for deploying a Consumer Web Service in E1. We know the process for building a BSSV in E1 and deploying the same to a BSSV instance. Hope the process is not same for the Consumer Web Services. Thanks in advance for any help.
