Demantra User Activity Report

Hi Team,

User wants a report to know the activity performed in an worksheet by other users. Report should contain the details like User Name, Last Access date to Demantra, Last Update Date, Value Entered/overridden, On which Worksheet.

I am unable to capture the worksheet name in the report since Query_ID has not been linked with other audit tables. Please let me know your feedback for any other alternate option to achieve this requirement.
