Does Siebel 2018 support OAuth 2.0 for outbound RESTful service calls?

The 2018 Bookshelf REST API Guide does a good job of documenting the configuration of inbound web services for OAuth 2.0, but there is no mention of OAuth support for outbound service integration.

Is there a business service available in 2018 that supports OAuth 2.0, or at least a workaround to do so?
