Work List Notification gives a warning message "The document Does not Exist" while approver tries to

Hi Gurus,

We a have an issue when an Approver tries to approve only SPO , Blanket &  Contract Agreement from Work List Notification of his login.

"The Document Does not Exist" a warning message.

This is not the case with Purchase requisition. AME approvals are followed for all approvals.

How ever this warning message does not stop in completing action, but this warning message should not be seen.

Recently applied patch from note: Doc ID 2052394.1 (Oracle SR suggested) but this does not resolved issue.

Can someone give some hints or if come across similar issue?
