Not updating the next status (SDNXTR)

Hello Gentlemen

We are having very ghost situation with our Sale Order Application. After the Ship confirmation, We run 2 UBEs.  One is invoicing ( status move from 560-580 to 580-605) and other one is Revenue Recognition UBE ( separate version of R42565) ( Status move from 580-605 to 605-620). Our problem is after we run either invoicing or Revenue Recognition UBE next status doesn't move to next steps. this does not happen for all lines. only for some lines and Interesting point is this doesn't happen always when run these UBEs. Therefore we can't reproduce this issue even in our
