How to enable OHS on a node ?

Hi,

I'm trying to delete a secondary node on an environment but i got this error:

Going to check number of enabled OHS instance in the eco-system

Enabled OHS instance in the eco-system : 0

ERROR: AC-00605: Error: In this EBS Multinode setup freo6306-web is the only OHS enabled node. Please configure the OHS instance on other node first and re-execute the operation.

Raised by oracle.apps.ad.util.ProvisionerUtil

How do i configure the OHS node on the primary node then ?

I've tried this on the primary node :

perl <FND_TOP>/patch/115/bin/txkSetAppsConf.pl \

  -contextfile=<CONTEXT_FILE> \

  -configoption=addMS \
