Hello! Question about CA_BI_INTFC not updating BI_DISTRIB_STATUS to ‘W” in PROJ_RESOURCE

We ran the billing process (cost collection/interface) and can see the priced rows in PROJ_RESOURCE. The jobs ran to success. However, the rows were never turned into worksheets, and therefore no worksheet was created for this contract/project to approve or delete. The other hint that something was wrong was that the Bill plan status was in a “pending” status rather than “In progress” or “Ready” status.
