AR Credit Memo Trx Date is a future date than GL Date, how to fix it?

Dear Oracle,

We faced a problem that AR Credit Memo Trx Date is a future date than GL Date.

This issue is happened only to a particular AR Credit Memo, the GL Date is correct  "28-AUG-2018", but the Trx Date is "28-APR-2019"...

And this issue is not possible to reproduce, could you please kindly tell how could it been occurred?? And is there any way can change the Credit Memo Trx Date equals to GL Date?

We're using Oracle 12.1.3 version.
