ERROR WLS: weblogic.security.utils.SSLWLSHostnameVerifier, hostname=localhost

Hi,

after restart cluster from server manager console,  face below popups, can not start by press START button...

log:

1. Server '*************' could not be started: Start task failed: Hostname verification failed: HostnameVerifier=weblogic.security.utils.SSLWLSHostnameVerifier, hostname=localhost.
   Failure during invoke:invoke(, , start) javax.management.MBeanException : Server '*************' could not be started: Start task failed: Hostname verification failed: HostnameVerifier=weblogic.security.utils.SSLWLSHostnameVerifier, hostname=localhost.

solution:

to change and select "NONE",..but what is different 3 option?  see print attached please..
