Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

Custom forms Upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.7

We have custom schema and forms in 12.1.3 application. As part of that, the

1. xxtop is create under the $APPL_TOP and they are mainly forms customizations.

2. The forms path has been defined under default.env in the $INST_TOP/ora/10.1.2/forms/server/.

3. The xxtop is defined under the custom<instance_name>.env file

After the upgrade to 12.2.3, Will the above steps be sufficient? or Do I need to go through the adsplice etc., to redo the custom schema?
