I see this error in our logs - can it be as simple as our Siebel server does actually not have enough storage? Would this be disk or RAM?

Error invoking service 'ddd', method 'process' at step 'Call WS'.(SBL-BPR-00162) -- HTTP Internet Exception during 'Data Send': 'Not enough storage is available to process this command. ', code: '8'(SBL-EAI-04116)

Or, is this an obscure error for some other unrelated issue. Server Disk space seems OK.
