How can we set profile options at user level in oracle report builders

Hi Team,

I have one oracle  report with EXCEL output format.

after running report am getting error as attached

To resolve that issue i set below profile option from application and it resolved the issue.

FND : NATIVE CLIENT ENCODING profile option is there

My question how can we set this profile at run time report when ever user run the report concurrent program

Can you please help any body knows ??
