Password is encrypted Oracle database SYSTEM and SYS

Hi,

After encrypting the password, we are not able to run connect e1 local database. we want both should be connected. could you please provide the document and suggestion on this.

"The Oracle database SYSTEM and SYS users' passwords MUST be encrypted strings for E1 to run."
