Concurrent processes in pending state.

Dear All ,

Greetings,

I am using Oracle EBS 12.1.3 on windows mostly number or requests go into pending state. Number of requests goes into pending state. Request are generating with frequency of 1 request after 15 sec.

first of all I want to know why requests are taking so long to complete.

Secondly how to identify which is parent request which is generating these requests after every 5 seconds. I check Parent ID from concurrent request form but no ID is mentioned.
