ASM diskgroup negative usable_file_mb

Hi

We have diskgroups with high redundancy (3-way mirroring), and the usable_file_mb is negative now,

does it mean some extend allocated may not be able to maintain the high redundancy? does it mean it will still maintain 2-ways mirroring if possible?

If so, is there anyway to know which extends do not have the configured redundancy?
