SSH Remote Root Login Disabled

Hopefully Chuck\Tammy and or someone in the community can answer this.  We are running 12.2.1.4 and our security wants to further lock down our systems.  They recently put the below into our SSHD config

Are there any ramifications of disabling root over SSH if equivalency is already setup?  I know that most oadacli/oakcli/odaadmcli commands run as root.  Can anyone verify if this needs to be allowed and exceptioned off?  I am assuming I am gonna find my own answer at :

I am just guessing but we need to disable any of that prior to patching??
