I have to disable a long list of GL Code combinations.... Not using Inherit Segment Values

I have to disable a long list of GL Code combinations. I know I can disable specific segment values and that will end date combinations but I also have other code combinations that need to be closed where all the segments are still in use elsewhere. Does anyone know of an API I can use to disable account code combinations? Thanks!
