How can we create an AP invoice with real time Service Call

How can we create a real time AP invoice from Third party system to ebs. Once any user post any transaction from third party system, business want to create that ap invoice immediately to ebs without using Open interface approach.

What are the possibilities of achieving that by maintain the oracle standards.
