2018 Year End Payroll ESU's

We are using JDE Enterprise one 9.0. Are there going to be Year end ESU's available for 9.0? When will they be available? I have been told be my IT department and CNC team that beginning this year that there are no ESU's for 9.0 related to payroll and year end? If this is true what is the recommendation.
