Hello everyone,

About this document: Disk Failure Return By Syscheck (Doc ID 2196252.1).

I have the same issue in PCRF 11.2.1 and we are looking the following data:

Syslog:

* smart: FAILURE:: MINOR::5000000000000800 -- Server Disk Self Test Warning
* smart: FAILURE:: Failure type: FailedReadSmartSelfTestLog, Failure message: Device: /dev/sda 1 [SCSI], Read SMART Self-Test Log Failed. Physical disk: 1I:3:1, Controller Slot: 0, Serial number: 05G2GWNZ., First occurred: Sun Sep 9 04:06:30 2018 -03.
* smart: FAILURE:: MINOR::5000000000000800 -- Server Disk Self Test Warning
* smart: FAILURE:: Failure type: FailedReadSmartData, Failure message: Device: /dev/sda 1 [SCSI], failed to read SMART values. Physical disk: 1I:3:1, Controller Slot: 0, Serial number: 05G2GWNZ., First occurred: Sun Sep 9 04:06:30 2018 -03.
