owner_party_id in IB is not changing after Transfer and Assumptions in Lease Management

Hi Team,

I performed Transfer and Assumption on Lease contract.I found that owner_party_id is not changing with new customer party_id in IB while location_id is changed in IB.

Kindly let me know it is a bug or intended functionality.
