Adding a photo in mobile Expense management Fails with "Failed" to Initialize AMX node" What media

Using the Expense Management Mobile App we can create an expense report, however, when we attempt to attach a photo of the expense receipt we get the following error "Failed to initialize AMX node 11 due to an exception" reported on the mobile app.  We are using AIS and tools release 9.1.5.   We can undertake this process on the standard HTML desktop screens but when adding the media attachment via the standard media objects forms we select a media object queue.  This leads us to believe we are missing a media object queue setting for the mobile applications.  We can
