Update Material Status Definition

Dear All,

We are using oracle EBS 12.1.2;

In Material Status Definition Windows (Setup==>Transactions==>Material Status) we need to add <Transfer material between subinventories> transaction into Allowed Transactions list; but we should first make sure no lots are assigned to this status before we can do that (Cannot update status. On hand inventory or inventory location exist with Bonded).

Is there any way to do that ? Example: API or direct at the back end.
