Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Must setup Discount Rate Index

Our Leases contracts do not contain any discount/interest conditions

I need more information on Discount Rate Index. What is it? where to get the value from?
