E1 9.1 Vertex Visual Assist does not show Tax Areas if Country value = US

E1 9.1

Vertex Sales Tax - Q Series

Company Constant for Country = US


Accounts Receivable member enters US in the country

E1 Visual Assist does not find any Vertex Tax Area (Geocodes) to choose from
A/R member then takes the US out of the Country for US addresses and Vertex Visual Assist works fine

Shouldn't the Visual Assist find the same records in either instance?
