Getting the repeated error while creating the Agreement Funding with API(PA_AGREEMENT_PUB.CREATE_AGREEMENT)

We have created few agreements but now we are unable to create agreements.

Getting the below-repeated value when we are running the create agreement script, I am not passing this agreement  Iam getting the below error, How to clear the agreement rec in API

Can anyone help me to resolve this issue'

Error Message when API_ERROR: The agreement you have entered is not unique. (AGREEMENT=123332-206_DF)
