How to release media between two public addresses in peering scenario

Hello,

Does anybody know is it possible to release media between two Session-Agents in public network? My purpose is shown on the picture below: there are two session-agents (SA1 and SA2) with some public addresses which are connected to the transit softswitch (SS). Softswitch just forwards all the calls between those session-agents. SA2 requires  SBC to send him in the SDP address of SA1, so they will be able to transfer RTP streams between each other without any proxying.

The only way to make it possible, that I see is to place both SA1 and SA2 in the same realm:
